Hello and welcome to our finca Casa Phoenix

We have been living in Spain since September 2001. The town of Albatera is located around 40 km south of Alicante, on the hill between Santa Pola and Torrevieja, around 35 km inland. The area is part of the southern Costa Blanca. We live a little outside the town. On the Campo, as they say here. This is a collection of around 300 houses, mainly inhabited by Spaniards who use these houses as weekend homes.

Rustic finca in Albatera Our finca is located on a plot of 2013 m2. The usable living space is 161 m2.

And ........ we are surrounded by nature!

Thanks to the hillside location, you have an unobstructed view of a good 40 km to Rojales. The house has a large living room with a warm air fireplace, including hot/cold air conditioning, an open passage to the kitchen and an additional hatch. In addition to the bedroom, there are 2 guest rooms. The bathroom is not particularly large, but still big enough to accommodate a closet. There is also enough space for a washing machine (Miele).

In the living room there is a spiral staircase that leads to a studio in the attic. The large, L-shaped terrace created an additional room that can be used as an office or as another bedroom, also with hot/cold air conditioning. The living room and office have separate TV antennas (Astra 19.2). Internet connection with fiber optic with up to 600 MB download is installed.

The terrace is glazed with sliding doors and serves as a dining room, both in summer and winter. The room divider also creates a corner for breakfast coffee.

Between the house and the pool there is a summer kitchen with a bar, barbecue and induction hob. There is also an outside toilet next door. There is also a small outbuilding that serves as a workshop and storage room. Underneath this workshop is a cistern that can be used as a wine cellar, for example.

Next to the 4 x 8 m pool (with Roman steps) there is a covered shower. Thanks to the instantaneous water heater in the summer kitchen you can shower hot and cold here.

Although the southern Costa Blanca is known as a dry area, there is always enough water because the finca has two different water suppliers (city water and agricultural water - agua de riego).

The large forecourt (236 m2) and the driveway have been asphalted. This means that the house is no longer full of sand and dust after every wind. The 6-meter-wide carport is also located on the forecourt. The house is largely powered by solar power. There are 12 solar panels on the roof. The finca is also protected by an alarm system. We are selling this paradise fully furnished and equipped. Garden tools and machines are also available. So you can move in with suitcases, everything is there!
Perfect as a holiday home. But it can also be empty, depending on your wishes!
